I am so in love with these animals. I saw a few pictures of them yesterday and I gotta say, they grow fast! They wore so cute and small when I met them and now they are all grown up. So weird too see!
Look at these beautiful creatures, aren´t they cute? I was smiling the whole entire time I was there, and I had one of the volunteers that wore working there taking hundreds of pictures. At least I got some good ones.
I did not want to leave. I wish I could work with animals like these when I get older ( haha, I am already old..) but I guess I can keep on dreaming.
If you are ever in Thailand I recommend you going to this place. It´s free to go, but you need to pay them if you want to play/ take pictures/ feed them etc- but hello, it´s nothing. It´s like buying a soda at the store. And definitely worth it.
I know a lot of you guys will say that these animals are meant to be out in the wild, and yes- they are. But they are getting treated so good at this center and when there are animals loosing their mom and dad there is no one to take care of them. At least they have food and someone that takes care of them here.
They are very strict at this place when it comes to hygiene which is great for the baby tigers so they stay clean.
If you are ever in Thailand and wants to go it´s called Safari Park Open Zoo and it´s in Kanchaburi. It´s about three hours outside Bangkok, but just get a driver for the day from the hotel or hire someone and you´ll be fine! It´s as cheap as a 30 min taxi ride in Norway.
Have a great day!
